The tonkatsu broth was the best we've ever had. The miss was good also. Very affordable meal. The nigiri is $1.00 per piece for most and we're great. You can also get a CA Roll with real crab I stead of the krab mix, which were fantastic. Definitely marking this place as a place to go!

Good ramen. The noodles and broth was great. The pork was a little dry, I would have gave them 4 stars if the meat was not so dry. The egg was cooked to perfection. A great place to get a quick bowl of ramen late in the city. Check it out if in the area.

I really wish they would open before 4pm. But they hands down have the best drunken noodles in DC. The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way every single time. Best customer service I've received in the city. Highly recommend.

This review is based solely on their happy hour. I stopped by the other day with some friends and we ordered their $1 nigiri and a couple of apps. Everything was delicious, fresh and came out really quickly. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for HH or Asian fusion in general

(This review is for a delivery order, so it's only about the food, not the service or ambiance).
Solid takeout sushi. I was desperately craving sushi on evening and, after perusing Uber Eats for a bit, settled on Toku after receiving a recommendation from a friend. I got their sushi combo, which came with ten assorted pieces of nigiri and a California roll, as well as my choice of miso soup or salad. The sushi was super fresh, and I appreciated the variety of fish chosen for the nigiri; I didn't care much for the California roll and would have loved the option to switch it out with a different roll, but it's perfectly reasonable for them to not allow those types of swaps. It was a solid meal and absolutely satisfied by sushi craving.

Very cheap and affordable sushi, FINALLY found a spot!!!
Don’t pay attention to the google maps picture, it looks completely different!
It’s located below a weed store and close to the McDonald’s.
Anyway, I got the veggie garden sushi dinner. It was pretty delicious and came with a free miso soup. In total, I got three veggie rolls and miso soup for $15.
What a steal ;)
Looking forward to trying some more food!

Literally the best meal I have ever had. Everything from the Penang curry to an eggplant dish I had, from the chicken satay to the coconut custard dessert were outstanding. We had an appetizer, two entrees and a dessert for a little over $30, and we talk about this meal a week later. Great place!

Excellent sushi and sashimi! The place is located on U street and very accessible. The service was excellent and attentive to our needs. We ordered appetizers and I had the $12 lunch special which included Sushi as well as Sashimi. The fish quality was excellent and so was the sushi. Overall we had a great experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.
